About Fair & Square Home Repair Inc.

One day I needed a job. At the time I had about ten years of building experience, a truck, a trailer, and some tools, so I advertised that and got a phone call. To move a piano. Not really what I had in mind, but I did learn plenty about moving pianos that day!

Since then we've learned quite a bit about how to take care of a home, and we have had the opportunity to provide service for many awesome home owners in Washtenaw county and beyond. Our only goal is to continue to grow and become a better solution for home owners as we do it.

Fair & Square was born out of the idea that we can do better. Better for our clients, our community, our employees, and the trades as a whole, so we work from the idea of fair pricing and square craftsmanship, and we always will. Thank you!

Business Development

Lily Molargik

Lily is our brilliant behind the scenes virtuoso coordinating our sales, marketing, and client relationship efforts. She earned her degree in Marketing from Franciscan University and then honed her skills working through the ranks of a national manufacturer/installer of protective systems. We could not be happier that she is on the team. Lily is family first and loves spending time with hers outdoors or on the boat.

Lead Carpenter

Brandon Gregory

Brandon is our Lead Carpenter and brings more than 25 years building experience to every project we do. As they say in the trades, Brandon is 'the real deal' and applies a master carpenter's level of ability to everything he does. We are very proud to have him on our team. Brandon is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys his time hunting and fishing throughout the state.

Repair & Restoration

Tyler Allum

Tyler is our Swiss Army Knife and plays a vital role in keeping our projects moving forward. After graduating with a Bio-Chemistry degree from EMU, Tyler spent more than 10 years in residential services working from renovation crew through project management. He brings a very strong work ethic to the team and we're happy we have him. Tyler is also a great dad to two little, yet energetic girls that keep him on his toes most of the time he's not working.
